Roasted Squash Seeds
Here's a short and sweet recipe to use squash seeds, instead of tossing them out!
I roasted mine right along with the rest of the squash at 350 degrees Fahrenheit after mixing them with some olive oil and salt. When they came out I tossed them, still hot, in the tiniest bit of honey, probably around 1/4 teaspoon. And that's it! A super yummy way to use the whole squash. I then used them throughout the week to top salads, cashew yogurt and smoothie bowls.
